
Disney Live Entertainment – Production Assistant
- Manage project meeting schedule as established by the Production Team including writing and distributing accurate and concise meeting notes.
- Manage production schedule of a project, compiling and validating information with partners to identify schedule conflicts and ensure effective completion of turning points.
- Build and maintain a wide range of project documentation, including production calendars, contact lists, catering grids, talent grids, and more.
- Event day responsibilities of wrangling talent, leading backstage flow, and cuing talent/presenters.
- Request, book, and coordinate talent for events of varied size and scale.
- Manage project file storage/documentation and access to such information including adhering to and implementing Disney Experiences Intellectual Property Protection standards.
- Prepare closeout documentation for archiving and turnover into the operation.
- Manage catering logistics for all project needs.
- Collect photo/video documentation for assigned events on and off of Walt Disney World® Resort property.
Production Assistant – Other
- Hospitality Crew Member on 70.000 Tons of Metal Cruise.
- Ensure transportation hotel/venue/airport for the bands booked to play in town.
- Ensure rider and band needs are met before the band’s arrival (including catering and/or technical needs).
- Ensure daily schedule is met (sound check, meet & greets, door openings)
- Box office assistance when needed (including putting together guest list and press list).
- Merchandise sales when band needed.
- Assist with make-up when bands required the services for pre-show photos.
Merchansiding
Set up, count in, sell, count out, and settle with both At Venu and Square apps.

- Manage social media and develop marketing strategies for every event.
- Graphic designer for posters, flyers and tickets for every show.
- Develop and oversee contracts for acts we book and for opening acts as well.
- Be able to multitask while the shows are happening to provide service excellence to both artists and guests.
- Work with an often tight schedule and able to solve problems and improvise with solutions when problems arise.
